They are different titles overall but I feel if they don't it's like a stab for those who purchased thinking this was going to be the actual design of the product.
As far as I know, this PDF already was updated when RFTLW came out. Note that things that weren't in WGTE to begin with weren't and won't be added to it, other than the Artificer with the Alchemist subclass; things like the other 2 subclasses, the new Orc variant, the adventure, etc.

The updated version is honestly disappointing in many ways. Especially since you apparently didn't even proof-read. On the "Replicable Items Table" for Artificer, it lists "Prosthetic Limb detailed in Chapter 5 ".
As it turns out, the entire document mentions Prosthetic Limbs twice - once in said table, and once talking about how to start off a game. Chapter 5 does not mention Prosthetic Limbs at all. Similarly, "Arcane Propulsion Arms" and "Ventilating Lungs" also say "detailed in chapter 5" but are NOT in fact included in the document. It's almost like you just copy-pasted from another source. Oh wait.
